1. Myself or David will be in touch with you within the next 48 hours via email to confirm your requirements and start making arrangements.

2. Once we’ve liaised (we may speak if appropriate) and agreed your requirements and how and when you'd like to do the consultation, we’ll then send you details to make the payment.

3. Once payment is received, we’ll acknowledge receipt via email.
